Dr. William Kimble
Dr. William Kimble, a native of Franklin County, was born in Brookhaven. He is an alumnus of Franklin County High School and Copiah-Lincoln Junior College. He went on to earn his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Mississippi State University in 1987. Since the beginning of his professional career, Dr. Kimble has practiced veterinary medicine at the Animal Medical Center. He is a member of the Mississippi Veterinary Medical Association, the American Veterinary Medical Association, and the National Animal Health Emergency Response Corps. Dr. Kimble has been very active in the Brookhaven and Lincoln County communities. He served on the Brookhaven Academy Board of Directors for 9 years, serving two terms as President. He continues to serve as an appointee to the Lincoln County Civic Center Commission, is a member of the Brookhaven Noon Lions Club, and is a member of Central Baptist Church in Brookhaven, where he serves as a Deacon. Dr. William Kimble and his wife, Sonya, are the proud parents of Kristin and Ryan. Dr. Kimble enjoys spending time with his family as well as fishing, hunting, and MSU football.
